Mobile Forensics Assignment with Digital Forensics Report

This assignment constitutes part of your in-course assessment (20%) as mentioned in the module overview. It is important that you allocate sufficient time to complete this assignment.

 

Objectives

The learning objective of this assignment is to reinforce the concepts and principles covered in the module. The team (groups of 2-3 members) shall choose a topic related to Mobile Forensics for your assignment and produce a Digital Forensics report for your assignment. The team will be tasked to:

• Conduct a research for the chosen topic; and
• Produce a report for the case.

 

The assessments of the assignment will be as follows:

1. Written Report
• Introduction – background and reason for choosing the topic. (10 marks)
• Technical contents – overview, technical contents and clarity. (50 marks)
• Conclusion –summary and how it impacts digital forensics domain. (10 marks)
• Individual score – tasks allocated and learning reflection. (20 marks)
• Completeness of report – marks are given according to the quality of the work done including format and organisation of information.
