Your role is to prepare the BIM implementation plan (or BIM  execution/management  plan)  document  to  distribute  to  project  team  members.  This means that this plan must be tailored to the nature of the construction project team.  You should place yourself in the role of a Building Information Modeling (BIM) manager on a construction  project  (see  below  about  this  context).  Your  task  is  to  prepare  the  BIM  implementation plan document to distribute to the other project team members. Assume the project is  a  large  commercial  project  and  at  least  3  built  environment  disciplines  are  collaborating (you must clearly identify in the report who the team members are). For the project context, you have two choices, you can write the report from the perspective of the BIM Manager on: (A) the NewSpace inner city campus building of the University of Newcastle at Newcastle CBD, or (B) a  real-life  commercial  project  that  you  selected  as  a  case  study.  Be  sure  to  clearly  describe the project characteristics and the team involved in the delivery.A   good   starting   point   for   this   assignment   is   to   look   at   various   template   BIM   implementation/execution plan.
