Q1 A mixed development is a 25-storey commercial development comprising an office block and a six-storey retail podium with two basement levels located in downtown Singapore. (i) Examine how building control strategies, sequence of equipment operations, Mechanical & Electrical equipment performance efficiency trending, and lighting control can improve building system operation and equipment performance.
 
(ii) Being a building energy professional (M&E, Facilities manager, Energy manager, Owner, Sustainability engineer etc.), propose how smart analytics can be harnessed to improve building operations, and recommend techniques / approaches to achieve them. Provide scenarios to support your explanations.
