1. If the accused did not know that there was an injury inflicted on the victim and that the bleeding, if unattended to, would, result in death, is it possible that the accused can be charged for murder or for any other lesser crime(s)? Discuss the relevant issues in the context of how you would establish the offence(s).
2. All references must be indicated (*see below on how to cite). You do not have to attach any case laws or any other documents.
3. This is an individual project and each student must submit a separate piece of work. It should be maximum of 2000 words
4. This assignment 2 will constitute 50% of your final assessment. The marks will be distributed as follows:
Ability to explain the relevant legal principles
Critically evaluate the relevant law to the problems
Grammar and use of language in addressing the issues 20 marks
5. If it is determined that a student has copied from another student, both students will be penalized. The extent of the penalty is dependant on the severity of the case.
6. Any student found plagiarizing from any other work published or unpublished will suffer the same fate as in para 5 above.
7. Assignment 2 (softcopies must be word document& notPDF) are to be submitted through email (see below the email format) to cc to your respective lecturers by 21 January 2022, Friday by 7pm. I have attached a cover page, include it. See below.
