LEI3002 Professional consultancy project

This is the second assignment of this course and it should be related to the first assignment. First assignment was a group assignment presentation. My role in group assignment was collecting data and presentation (speech). *Please refer to first file attached which is first assignment, so that you will understand how to do the second assignment* Second assignment is required that extend our findings from our Group consultancy project, written individually. You need to test our consultancy project solution/model with the organisation/ industry associated with our project and critically discuss the feedback we receive. *Please refer to second file which is second assignment guidance* I uploaded the first group presentation assignment and you should use this to finish the second assignment. (I will also upload the sample assignment which is done by previous student.) There is less information in group presentation assignment, so you are required to find and research more additional information to support information in ppt as well. In first group presentation, We investigated and analysed the Mercure hotel at Bugis, Singapore and we had a meeting with the Mercure hotel's manager. We had an interview through e-mail due to the covid-19 and we didn't have survey. Hotel manager addressed the current issue that decreasing profit because of the covid-19. (Refer to ppt file) In methodology way we took, We collected primary qualitative date which is e-mail interview, we also collected secondary data for statistical date(quantitative data).
