Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system being adopted by ST Logistics:

You should aim to cover the following areas, but not limited to:

• Describe the major business functions of your company
  
  
• Describe the main characteristics of the Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system, and how it supports your company’s business functions and your department’s business processes
  
  
• Identify a typical process (e.g. purchasing, logistics, sales and distribution) in your company and elaborate how the Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system supports the process
  
  
• Determine the effectiveness and limitations of current Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system

Expected to submit a report of at least 1500 words on the selected topic. As a guideline, the report should be typed in a 12-point font, one-inch margins, and a minimum of 1.5 line spacing. Students should state clearly all citations and references used in the report. Students may also include pictures/ diagrams/ charts in your report.
