Write an Individual Report relating an operations principle to your workplace. The report should follow the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) scientific approach which is covered in the course lectures. Use the 4D framework (Direct, Design, Develop and Deliver) for writing this assignment Report sections 1. Introduction – Introduce your organization, your role and experience to date. If you are currently not in employment you may choose any organization you are involved in (for example, organizations that you volunteer with or where you pursue hobbies or sports). - Organization of your choice but the company must be in Singapore 2. Plan – Choose an operations principle from the course material that is of interest to you or relevant to your workplace. Give reasons for your choice. Describe a plan of action to explore this principle in your workplace. For example, you might choose to conduct some interviews, study some company documentation, examine current practices or culture, or apply the principle in a new/improved way in the workplace. - Give diagrams, chart for extra point 3. Do – Describe what happened when you implemented your plan. 4. Check – Reflect on the outcome. What was the result? What have you learned about yourself and the company as a result? 5.
