Based on the case study provided you must analyse the internal and external contexts of the organisation and recommending solutions to a specific business issue using your knowledge and understanding of strategic HRM theories and practices.

To complete these tasks, undertake the following:

  • Complete a STEEPLE analysis establishing key drivers for any organisational changes using information from case study to inform choices as to which are most appropriate to specific organisational and external conditions.
