This assessment will encourage students to cover areas that are significant to understanding customers, especially in the sector of tourism business. The video will be played during in group presentation week.
Local tourism, hospitality and leisure businesses have adopted several smart ideas in pre-COVID-19 and now for attracting tourists and customers. This project is to see practical steps taken by these businesses while visiting, observing, or talking to them.
Group needs to produce a video of 1-2 minutes length that excites the viewer from the smart ideas businesses are adopting to attract customer back into the sector. Each video must have a logo of GBS, as this project is part of your module.
Videos will be collected on USBs or Group can upload them on YouTube (PREFERRED) and share the link on the Moodle on the cover page.
