Tanshe Care services on the other hand aims to provide reliable and high-quality person-centered care. Our staff are trained in house to deliver the highest possible quality and flexible approach to individual needs. All our staff receive both initial induction training and ongoing updates.
All staff undergo a rigorous recruitment procedure which includes PVG check and an interview to ensure they meet tanshe Care service’s core values prior to engagement. In addition, our staff areb in uniform and carry a personal identification card with their photo on it. Tanshe care services provides the following services:

(CEO), Registered Nurse Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Administrator, Finance Manager, Care Workers, Chefs, Domestic Assistants, Kitchen porters and the registered Nurses.
