Answered

Web link: https://www.dbsportsagency.co.uk/

DB Sports Agency has invited your marketing team from the University of Wolverhampton to assist in developing its Marketing Performance Management (MPM) system. With particular focus advising the business on the use of marketing tools, and using the latest digital and analytical techniques, measuring quantitative and qualitative data and calculating the return on marketing investment (ROMI) as a basis for making marketing investment decisions.

DB Sports agency would like you to create and tailor social media content to ONE of their three target audiences (You can choose which audience you want to target):

1. Football players

2. Agents

3. Coaches

This creative social media content can be in the form of: Facebook/ Twitter/ Instagram posts, hashtags, images, infographics. You will need to discuss how the content can be measured, in terms of sentiment analysis, consumer behaviour and marketing metrics. Consider the tone of voice when creating relevant content suitable to the target audience. Using your knowledge of MPM and the principles of measuring marketing performance, you are required to

a. Present your recommendations to the business as a group (3 or 4) using a Power Point presentation.

b. Submit an 1800 word (group) report based on DB Sports Agency.

(Please refer to the criteria below, the lecture slides and the advice given to you in class and in tutorials on working together as a group for both the presentation and for submitting the group report)
