The Junior HRM role in Eminence Inc Limited

Your job role is to provide assistance to the HR Manager, Department Managers, and employees regarding HR policies and procedures, including employee relations, posting jobs, recruitment, interviews, benefits, schedules, and health and safety implementations. Along with you need to support and coordinate our HR department in arranging meetings and maintaining employee records. The company expects you to participate in planning and framework development along with the team.

Detailed job Duties:
  1. Manage recruiting activities and preparing job postings.
  2. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  3. To liaison between HR and employees.
  4. To ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions from employees.
  5. To provide clerical and administrative support to HRM.
  6. To emend and update employee records and preparing reports. Need to communicate employee record reminders. Example: Passport expired and Holiday pay.
  7. You need to participate in preparing staffing strategy, recruitment, training, performance, appraisal procedures, grievance and employee feedback evaluation.
  8. You are dealing with employee requests and coordinating with HRM.
  9. Need to conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  10. To Record and answering the complaints from employees and clients.
  11. Coordinating and Hr Meetings.
  12. Assist employee with payroll.
  13. Coordinating all departments
  14. Providing a high level of customer service align with company HR matters.
  15. Need to prepare day to day documentation
