In today's ever-changing healthcare environment, organizations must think ahead and plan strategically to deal with competing priorities, adapting to unplanned and planned changes for the healthcare organization. Strategic, process, and resource flexibility allow organizations to respond effectively to different types of changes. Strategic flexibility helps competitive healthcare organizations expand market opportunities using mix, volume, and innovation flexibility.

Write a 5-page tactical and operational-level analysis to share with healthcare managers on the importance of strategic flexibility to the growth and survival of the healthcare organization. Cover the following:

1. Explain flexibility as a tool for strategically adapting and changing in the healthcare organization.

2. Discuss the elements of strategic flexibility.

3. Explain the link between strategic, process, and innovation flexibility.
