The chief executive of your organisation has asked you to identify a potential change that will require to be implemented within the next two years.
They wish you to produce a change proposal that will be considered by the senior executive team.
The change proposal should focus on a single issue. For example, this may help your organisation to; develop a new product or service, to introduce a new technological solution, or maintain compliance with new regulations that are to be introduced.
Both Identify and offer a rationale for the proposed change backed by appropriate supporting evidence.20 marks
Identify any issues that may arise within the organisation that may disrupt the effective leadership of the change initiative.20 marks
Offer a range of alternative approaches to implement the change identifying the advantages and disadvantages of each of the options considered. 20 marks
There should be a financial evaluation of the change proposal and this should look at the implications for both revenue and capital budgets over a multi-year period and identify a range of possible outcomes. 20 marks
Any barriers to successful implementation of the change should be identified and you should discuss how these might be overcome. � ��20 marks
