Week 4 Week 4 Assignment: Author a three to five paper (excluding title and reference pages) focusing on the influence of substance intoxication/substance use disorders on a specific psycho-legal issue (e.g., insanity; violence or sexual violence risk; competency to stand trial; competency to waive Miranda rights during interrogation; fitness for duty; etc.).
