I have to make a video and answer: Why should we hire you? My instructor wants us to start with why? I attached the PDF that she wants us to follow and create our statement. There is an example there on page number 12 "Why driven elevator pitch"

1. Allison confidently states her Why.

2. She identifies a problem she’s able to solve and how that solution benefits others.

3. She tells them what she’s looking for in a company.

Here is a tell me about yourself pitch I used for another class: Hello, my name is Kim, I am a Senior at EU, and I will be graduating in December of 2021. My major is in business administration with a concentration in human resources, and my current gpa is 3.8 In the past I worked in the hotel industry as well as a chiropractic office, I was involved in billing, customer service, translating, and training new employees. I realized I enjoyed training and accommodating employees to their new positions, as well as completing administrative rolls. This is what drew me to major in HR, I have always been passionate about human behavior and I also enjoy learning all aspects about a business. I am excited to start my career in HR and I believe that the interpersonal, hardworking, and empathetic skills I developed during my experience will make me a good fit for this field.
