>> I want to cancel my Order !

If you decide to cancel your order before we assign a writer to work on it, you receive a 100% refund. If a writer has already been assigned, , the refund amount depends on your deadline. You can claim a 70% refund if half or less of the period has passed, and up to 50% thereafter. This is because the writer who starts on your assignment should receive the compensation for the work done.

Please note that you cannot receive a refund for order cancellation if the paper has been completed and delivered to your order page on time.

>> I paid for one order twice !

If you notice that you were charged twice, and you receive two receipts from the payment processing system (that is, PayPal.com or Moneybookers.com), do not hesitate to contact us. Forward both receipts to our email and the extra payment will be refunded in full within the shortest possible time.

>> No writer was found to work for my order !

We always do our best to assign the most appropriate writer to work on your paper; however, it is still possible that on rare occasions the writer is not found. If this does occur, we issue a full refund and provide you with a discount code for your next order.

>> My paper was late !

If lateness occurs due to the late upload of extra materials on your part, you cannot apply for a lateness refund. Please make sure all paper details and additional materials are provided upon placing the order.

If due to some other reason the first version of a paper is delivered after the original deadline, we will increase the quality so that the late submission penalty does not affect the overall grade.

>> The revision of my paper was late!

There are NO refunds granted for the the revision to be late. The best way to tackle this situation is order for the paper with 5-6 days of time in hand. We try to give the revision as soon as possible however, a revision may take 2-5 days of time frame.

>> I am not 100% satisfied with my paper, and I want refund!

The 100% satisfaction policy ensures that we will keep reworking on the assignment changes till you are happy and till it is as per the initial set of work requirements. If you are unhappy, we will rework for free till the requirements are met, however there is no refund in such cases as the payment has been made to the writer.

>> I am not happy with the writer's work and I have submitted my own work!

If you have submitted a work that is different than the writer's work you need ti submit your work within 12 hours of sbmission of the work provided by us in your Student Area. We will match the similarity and then refund the payment depending on the simialrity ressults.

Severability
If any of these Terms becomes unenforceable as a whole or in part, validity of other terms of the contract will remain unaffected.

Amendments
We reserve the sole right to amend Terms and conditions without serving notice to you. The latest version of Terms and Conditions will supersede previous versions.

Termination
We reserve the sole right to terminate whole or part of service agreement at any time.

Entire Agreement
Terms of Service made in the latest agreement between student and Assignment Help will supersede and terminate all the prior agreements.
