MGT200 Introduction to Management

Pick a CEO of any organization and answer the following question. ( please choose a known CEO)

 

1. Evaluate the leadership style of the CEO A by analyzing his leadership style based on the theories and concepts of leadership ( transactional, Transformational, leadership by persuasion, leadership by coercion, leadershpa based on beahiour,,,etc. The leadership style should be explained in deatils to convince the readers why I considered this CEO applying that specific leadership style

 

2. Critically analyze the challenges the chosen CEO is facing, which can impact the growth and sustainability of his organization. here we should tacjle the cons and pros of this CEO and how they impacted they organization. it is benificial to show some results, graphs and real examples from the wide literature and available business articles.

 

3. Propose a comprehensive recommendation that the CEO needs to consider in leading the organization to be a competitive organization. in this part, please come up with recommendations for the CEO based on his wins, drawbacks, challenges, and results; and provide some solutions ( maybe a differen leadership style) that can help him to lead himself or his successor in a better way for the years to come.
