The problem was the existing for two different sectors, those sectors had two different operating system, two financial departments, two human resource departments, and two different information technology departments.
The organization implement this change of merging those two sectors under one organization, to manage and minimize the costs, such as less departments mean less employees to operate. and process of innovation (radical or incremental):
Merge the two sectors (one sector responsible of the internal student scholarships, and the other sector responsible for the external (Abroad) student scholarships.
One of the changes is the time that will needed for the merging to be applied and operated effectively, another change is managing the employee’s resistance, work delay, demotivated employees and insecurity of the job will lead to work delay, unfinished and below the standers.
