You must then use both Piaget’s cognitive development theory as well as Erickson’s psychosocial development to explain your observations and interview responses. Be sure to include the age of the person and how their age impacts their human development.

Take Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs (include self-actualization & self-transcendence) and explain your personal needs for each of the categories. Be sure to label which need you are specifically giving an example for. Be sure to include your life goals and how you are working towards achieving them. What goals have you set for yourself? How are you working toward achieving these goals?

Explain how the Milgrim and Asch experiments connect to conformity. What are examples of conformity in your everyday life? How have you been impacted by conformity? How have you seen others impacted by conformity? What role does social media play in conformity?

What are your results? How do they connect back to our study of stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination? What are ways in which you can use your results to bring about positive change?

Using trait theory describe your personality by identifying at least five traits and giving examples of each of these traits. Use Cattell’s self-report inventory. Prompt #6: Personality: Choose one of the four theories of Personality. Explain your personality and how this theory best describes your personality. Include specific examples from your lived experience.

Take a test to assess your emotional intelligence. How did you score? What is an area that you would like to improve in? How will you work towards improving in this specific area? Discuss the specific goals that you have set for yourself and ways in which you will work towards achieving this goal.
