Assessment 3 Requirements & Guidelines Practice Analysis & Education Plan

Purpos:

To provide you for the opportunity to actively apply the key concepts learnt from your critical analysis of the theories, methods and skills associated with effective clinical governance.

This assignment is comprised of 2 parts: Practice Analysis: critically analyze the structures in place within your current practice environment that support:

1. front line healthcare professionals and patients/families to communicate their concerns about patient care

2. leadership accountability in responding/communicating the solutions proposed to address reported patient safety risks Education Plan:

Design an education programme that provides participants with evidence based skills and resources to be accountable and transparent in the reporting of any patient safety risk they witness.

Format: 1. Practice Analysis 500 words (+/- 10%)

2. Education Plan Presentation 10 minutes Weighting: 40%
