This research is aimed to explore the focus of individuals in job efforts along with the responsibility shared by the employees to yield the profitability and results. It is also necessary to accumulate and filter the measurable and important outcomes from the statements. In addition to this, this study examines and measures the achieved objectives with the targets so that efficiency of the employees can be evaluated (Cardy, 2011).  In this context, case study of Disney Consumer Product/Studios, assessing the job description of sourcing and procurement internship and graduate associate position given below:
Accountability, objectives and performance standards 

This is simply determining all the related information about the nature and objective of the job with the help of job description. The information about the specific task performance is being derived from the job description which can be further classified in a single group according to job’s nature and responsibility (Cardy, 2011). It is emphasized on significance as well as group of the job of relevant degree or job of same nature. This responsibility can be determined with the help of two methods as follows:
•    Percentage of time spent on performing the job by the employees
•    In case the job is not executed adequately, identify the impacts on units’ mission
•    Measures that has been taken to rectify the mistake
Regarding the present case study, the accountability of the graduate associate and sourcing and procurement internship are analytically supportive and ability to determine and redesign the complex and critical aspect of business transactions (Mondy, 2008 )
