2. Demonstrate understanding of contemporary consumer behaviour theories, concepts and models and their application to specific contexts.

3. Demonstrate practical implications of consumer behaviour theory in different businesses and marketing contexts, including tourism.

This assessment will encourage students to cover areas that are significant to understanding customers, especially
in the sector of tourism business. The video will be played during in group presentation week.

Local tourism, hospitality and leisure businesses have adopted several smart ideas in pre-COVID-19 and now for attracting tourists and customers. This project is to see practical steps taken by these businesses while visiting, observing, or talking to them.
Group needs to produce a video of 1-2 minutes length that excites the viewer from the smart ideas businesses are adopting to attract customer back into the sector. Each video must have a logo of GBS, as this project is part of your module.

Videos will be collected on USBs or Group can upload them on YouTube (PREFERRED) and share the link on the Moodle on the cover page.

• The presentation topic can be like: ‘Ways to attract Customers’ – Time: 15 Minutes including the Q&A

• Ensure you access relevant materials on the Moodle for your presentation.

• Ensure in your group that the first slide of the presentation has all the names and IDs of all the members

• Only one person in the group will make a summative submission with the presentation slides on the Moodle on behalf of all the group members. However, members will upload a cover page word document with names and a URL

• Feedback will be given to all members by their individual names on the Moodle

• Provide task distribution sheet for each member in the same document
