Education is one of the basic requirements of individuals. Teaching and learning is integrated to this. In teaching the basic skills required to be efficient includes a teacher to be adaptive. They should be competent must understand the needs of the children. On the other hand, they must be patient and creative. This would make the children show respect to their respective teachers. Charismatic teachers are often able to attract children’s concern (Shin, 2015). In all this, the basic requirement of the teachers is to understand the children, their psychology and implement innovative methods to teach them.
