This unit will assess the capabilities of the student in relation to the concept of leadership, its associated theories in the context of strategic management. This course will utilize a reflection study that has been contextualized to meet the requirements and expectations of each learning outcomes of the course. 

Assume that you are the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a large organization and your organization is embarking on strategic talent recruitment and development plan to meet the needs in the Industry Revolution (IR) 4.0 era.  Reflect on your experience in working to position your organization strategically to grow in IR 4.0 era. 

Assignments should be approximately 3000 words in length using fonts Times New Roman or Arial, 12 as font size and 1 ½ spacing.
The work must be referenced using the 'American Psychological Association (APA)’ format. The references in the main body of the text and the reference list do not count towards the word limit. The format of the assignment should follow post-graduate standards. A likely report structure would be:

1.Introduction (LO1)

-Theoretically explain the link between strategic management and leadership 

-Elaborate and introduce the fundamental theories associated with leadership and outline the major form of leadership styles
