CHARACTERISTIC OF VISITED BUSINESS Based on the interview we conducted with our selected business, the JAZZNOR ENTERPRISE is a partnership business. This is because its owned by two person which is Mr. Raja Harun Bin Raja Ariff and Mr. Raja Muzamir Shah Bin Raja Harun. The partners share the profit and bear the risks of the business among themselves. This business must register with the Register of Business in the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) to prevent any problems occurs in the future. Furthermore, in general this business also has full entitlement towards the profit and loss and unlimited liablity. Besides, this business also classified as the going concern concept business. Going concern concept can be defined that the business will continue to exist in the near future, in other words, that it will not liquidate or be forced out of business. This is because the owner of JAZZNOR ENTERPRISE business is expecting her business to run continuously through the future. This can be seen when their company still a demand over their product have especially the contractor can make their business continuously running form one time to another due to high demand from their loyal customer. STRENGTH OF THE VISITED BUSINESS Cheaper business product than the other places This is because its products more cheaper than other hardware shop. Furthermore, they provide this kind of price range to helps their customer. The reasonable price of their products attracts the customers for buying their business product. Known by Contractor The JAZZNOR ENTERPRISE are well known among contractor. This is because people from CONTINENTAL TYRE AS are well known as a loyal customer for the business since JAZZNOR ENTERPRISE are able to provide items that are commonly used by contractors. Delivery Service The JAZZNOR ENTERPRISE also provide delivery services. The reason they do this business because it makes their customer easier to purchase their product. They use car to deliver their product towards their customer. They usually use their delivery service whenever there is a request from the customer with the minimum amount order. WEAKNESS OF THE VISITED BUSINESS Competitor from the other business The JAZZNOR ENTERPRISE also have the competitor that competes with the other business. For example, OCS INDUSTRIAL SDN BHD that has been opened at the near CONTINENTAL TYRE AS will affecting the customer due to their product have same reasonable price.
