  • You discovered in week 20 that the user interface is too complex for the users that can result in conducting substantial user training before they make the system live. It is estimated that the training material needs 3 working days to be developed and 3 days to actual conduct the training session.
  • During the testing phase, on second day of the testing activity, a bug is found in the parts of ordering process. The system is not showing any exceptions, but it is not processing the orders as it should. It is estimated that it will take approximately 3 days to fix the bug but that fix results into updating the order form and related processes. This new change requires 2 days to fix.
