You are the Project Coordinator of the new Laboratory Facilities at the new Technology Park being built in Manukau

Choose one project according to your area of study (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical). Use representative data and add appropriate resources (people, materials and cost).You will decide how the project will be managed. Set the project start date as Monday the 30^th of October 2019 in MS project. The project must be completed in time for the opening of the second semester on the 27^th of July 2020.  

Electrical:  Installation of Electrical Engineering laboratory equipment to the new Technology Park.

Broad areas to be covered:

• Identification of equipment to be installed ( and procurement of additional lab equipment),
• Layout and arrangement of electrical equipment in the laboratory,
• Identification of service providers and work teams,
• Connection of services (Electrical wiring of equipment, water, compressed air and gas),
• Networking and calibration of equipment,
• Commissioning of equipment.
