3Critically analysehow you believe the PCBU breached section 48 (1) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA). Section 48 (1) of the Act can be accessed here:Note that your analysis must include clear description of, and reference to, critical elements of health, safety, and worker wellbeing practices that the PCBU appear to have been negligent of, and that contributed to the accident and injury.

4Explain how such an accident could be avoided using WorkSafe’s Four-phases Prevention Model(provide a clear applied examplefor each phase).

5Discuss hazards that can be identified in a providedworkplaceand industry (mining)and explain relatedrisk.You are expected to discuss5specific examples of potential hazards that could be found in theprovidedwork environment (you might need to do some additional research on this topic as some of the hazards do not have to be evident).
