This group assessment is due week 7, class 1, at 10 pm As a group, pick a NZ based service marketing organisation, apply the service marketing concepts and quality measures in producing a contextualised marketing plan using appropriately referenced research DESCRIPTION   Written Marketing Plan (Group, 50% contribution towards the final marks)   The written Marketing Plan should address the following topics:  Background of the chosen organisation stating the location, business and industry the organisation belongs to. Complete a SWOT analysis of the organisation. Determine the apparent target market or markets for the organisation using the segmentation bases. You must provide evidence to support your findings. Identify and discuss the 5 gaps from the service quality model and how these relate to the organisation. Apply the four service characteristics to the service offerings of the organisation. Provide evidence to support your narration with relevant examples on how these impact the target market. Develop and present the service marketing mix (7Ps) aimed at target market satisfaction including the necessary quality measures. Based on your analysis, make recommendations to improve the service offering, servicescape and quality measurement. Individual Reflection (20%) The reflection is due Week 8, class 1, at 10 pm and will be uploaded into turnitin via Moodle.
