Some of the management team want a written report but, for the benefit of other interested parties in the organisation, the information you have gathered will be put on to the organisation’s intranet. Therefore, you need to present your findings in two different media.
1. Provide a written report to business standard describing your investigation and findings. Include at least 10 references from peer reviewed sources to the sources you use to write your report. Additional references from reputable sources can be used as well. Use standard report format requirements for this report. Include the URL of the working website (see item 2). This document has to be in either MS Word format or pdf format. It has to be submitted through Stream and will be checked for similarity with Turnitin.
2. Present a summary of your findings on a website. The content of your website should be a form of summary of your report. Do not copy/paste from the report into your website. Different sections of the report can be written in separate webpages. In the website, make sure that there is a section where course name and code, your name and assignment name are included. On a separate webpage, include the title and executive summary. Include a screenshot of this page in the appendices.
· Your website should follow “best practices” for the design.
