In this assessment need to critically assess a variety of project management methodologies, analysing the role of project management in achieving successful outcomes. You will then select an appropriate methodology for a chosen organisational project, presenting your recommendations through a professional report.

All literature used must be referenced appropriately using APA 6th edition. 

Instructions:

To complete this assessment, you will:

a. Select the case studies attached as Project.

b. Identify at least three (3) different project management methodologies and critically assess for their suitability to achieve a successful outcome for your selected organisational project.

c. Use your critical assessment to recommend and justify one methodology as the most suitable, remembering to:

•Critically analyse of the role of project management in achieving successful outcomes for your selected major project.

•Take into consideration the suitability for Iwi/M?ori organisations.

•Use contemporary literature to support and justify your recommendation.

d. Present you critical analysis and justification in a written report.

Project- case study

1. To enhance our school of nursing, we are to develop an online simulation game for the school of nursing in GU university. This will include a nursing simulation where nurses can practice administering medication, managing intravenous lines, care for multiple patients, observations and recording patient’s conditions, and communicate with doctors, etc. Access to the site will be by teams of 3 nurses and 1 lecturer.

The site also needs to include real time chat utility as well as videoconferencing porta for collaboration. You will need to include security that works for multiple users and provide online training as part of the project. There also needs to be a repository for past game learning and a page to guide Iwi/Maori inclusion.
