This assignment will be completed individually. When preparing the report, learners should make reference to the relevant Contract Law concepts covered in this module. Learners are to prepare the report using the following as a guide: -a.Select and describe the example of the contract with the business organisation;b.Explain the applicable laws on formation of contract (e.g. offer and acceptance, consideration etc) and how they apply to the contract described;c.Describe and explain TWO (2)termsof the contract. d.Explain the applicable laws and how they apply to the contract described , in respect of the following: -i.Offer and Acceptance, ii.Intention to Create Legal Relations, andiii.Consideration.
