Review and assess a training program and submit a report based on the components listed below.
To begin, identify a specific training program, preferably, one within your organisation where you will access and support to the following to complete your report:
a) Access to an interview with the Learning & Development (L&D) Manager or the person responsible for managing the training program from design to evaluation.
b) Access to interview a participant of the training program. If you are the participant, please state that in your report.
c) Permission to write a report on the training program–the report can be anonymous and does not require revealing the company name or information.
Based on your interviews, related documents and any other permissible means, answer the below questions in a report format. Your report must reflect the application of learning theories and relevant course concepts.
