Project Objectives
(What will make this project deemed a success? Your objectives must fit the SMART format: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Tangible. Do not be ambiguous here, as you must use this to measure success at the end of Project. How can you make success measurable?)
Project Scope
You can write this out in prose or use the table below to first describe the limits of the project and, specifically define the deliverables. Invent your own costs and expenses per task but try and keep it "realistic". Include sections on what the project should INCLUDE and be explicit on what the project EXLUDES.
Project Assumptions
Indicate 2 to 3 of your assumptions when moving forward with this project. Remember, an assumption is any project factor that is considered to be true, real, or certain without empirical proof or demonstration.
Project Constraints
Indicate 2 to 3 constraints on the project. Remember, a constraint is a limiting factor for your project that can impact quality, delivery, and overall project success. What are in limited supply? What is within your control to change?
