However, I have an injury in my shoulder. It was a minor accident. I have created an exercise plan for me which is mentioned above. Yes, my fitness level is mentioned correctly in this journal.

7.2- What is a Warm Up and What is a Cool Down?Warm up is a type of light exercise which is essential for preparing a body for regular or heavy exercise. It helps in warming the body and make it suitable for taking weight. It increases body temperature and help in revs up cardiovascular system. It makes blood flow smoother in muscles. Lack of warm up before exercise may lead to injury or pain after exercise. Cool down is same as warm up however, it is performed after regular exercise. Cool down exercise help in recovery of taking blood pressure to normal level and taking heart rate to the normal. It is mostly used in competitive endurance activities for example long run, marathon, stair climbing and other. Warm up and cool down both are helpful for blood vessels as well as for heart rate to ease in and out. Fast paced walking, jogging on the spot, squats, walking down and up on the stairs are some warm up exercises (Garcia, et al.,2019). There is not any specific cool down exercise, it is just about not stopping an exercise. If a person is jogging then he can walk, if someone is swimming fast then he can do easy swim and if someone is climbing stairs fast then he can take slow step.

7.3 What are Resistance Training Exercises?Resistance training cause the muscle to contract against a weight or resistance for increment in mass, tone and strength. In resistance training exercise muscles perform against a weight and it help in increasing muscle strength. Resistance band, own body weight, weight machines are main source of resistance training exercise. Overhead lifting, power lifting, weight lifting is type of resistance exercise. Whenever a person lifts heavy weight and create more stress in his/her body muscle, it is considered as resistance training. It is wrong to consider strength training as resistance training instead strength training is a type of resistance training that increase strength (Grgic, et al., 2018). During resistance training, microscopic tear happens to muscle cell which recover so fast but it creates capability in body to regenerate muscle. Improvement in bone health, controlling body fat, maintaining muscle tissue, decrease risk of injury and increment in physical strength are some common advantages of resistance training.

7.4 What is a Repetition and What is a Set?In weight lifting or resistance training, Repetition is the number of times an exercise is performed before taking a break. It helps in keep track of any workout. For example, in a triceps exercise, how much time barbell is being lift before putting barbell down is repetition. Set is several repetitions of an exercise in a row. It is a strategy to do an exercise for at least two or three time. It helps in gauging baseline strength.

7.5 What is a Cardiovascular Exercise? Cardiovascular exercise is also known as endurance or aerobic exercise. It is form of exercise which help in aerobic metabolism. While performing any of the exercise, heart rate run faster, people breathe more deeply and rapidly as well as they sweat more. All these processes, increase rate of respiration which required more oxygen. Performing cardiovascular exercise, oxygen highly involves inn cellular reaction and produce the necessary energy to sustain activity. It helps in taking deep breath and higher intake of oxygen. Running is the type of cardiovascular exercise. These exercises improve various aspect of health such as weight regulations, metabolism, heart health, mood sleep and mental health by challenging most vital internal body parts. There is various type of cardiovascular exercise people can perform by their own such as Jumping jack, jog in place, jump rope, mountain climbers, burpees, squat, kickboxing and many others. 8.
