Recommendation Report (R.R.) Assignment Overview

Your Dean has read your memo and has asked you to provide detailed recommendations on the ideas you suggested within your memo. Identify the problem or opportunity; establish criteria for responding to the problem or opportunity; determine your options; study each option
according to the criteria; draw conclusions about each option; formulate recommendations based on the conclusions.


For the memo you all wrote a couple of weeks ago, you were asked to research and find an issue that negatively impacts student life at your educational institution. The task was to write a memo to the Dean of your particular School or College and make them aware of the situation
and also propose a solution that would aid in eliminating or at least controlling this problem. In the recommendation report, you will elaborate on 

What was proposed in the memo. ?

Will your proposal require funds?

 Will there be a need to hire personnel?

 Where will the funds come from?

How will your solution impact the students? 

If your school is aware of the situation and they have already taken steps to improve the situation, then explain convincingly why the current policies are not as effective.
