In this situation analyzing the impact of leadership within the organization it has been found that two types of leadership behaviors are dominant within the organization because Ben Thompson follows the people oriented behavior where Dave Tong follows the task-oriented behavior. The significant difference has been found between these two types of leadership behaviors within the organization. Ben Thompson mainly concentrates towards ensuring employee engagement by providing pleasant workplace environment to them. On the other hand, Dave Tong is little directive. Under specific disciplinary approach the CEO aims to achieve the strategic objective. Therefore the contribution of both the leaders is significant in terms of maintaining the balance between employee engagement and strategic objectives.
