Strategic management is the ongoing planning, monitoring, analysis and assessment of all that is necessary for an organization to meet its goals and objectives (Deak, Stålhane, & Sindre, 2016). In this essay 5 P’s of the strategy used in the healthcare organization is discussed and eight managerial tasks which support the organization to accomplish their overall goals and objectives.

There are different P’s of the strategy which support the healthcare organization of US to accomplish the goals of the company (Deak, Stålhane, & Sindre, 2016). The plan is one of the P’s of strategy in which healthcare organization develop several possible plans and structure which should be taken before performing specific actions and procedure. Therefore the estimation describes that the overall goal of the organization is accomplished through implementing efficient and effective plans so that final result will be achieved. The next P of the strategy is pattern in this healthcare organization adopt this aspect by investigating and understanding the significant component of the new strategy (Korlén, Essén, Lindgren, Amer-Wahlin, & Schwarz, 2017).

The organization made it regularly and maintains the flow of decision making in this healthcare organization of US also develop several alternatives so that organization make the effective decision in the future. Therefore through investigating and evaluating the pattern as well as structure of the organization the healthcare organization make the connection with the strengths and capabilities of the organization so that efficient strategy will be developed in the healthcare organization (Deak, Stålhane, & Sindre, 2016).

Plan

This aspect is important because particular perspective and opinions of the audience is significant and important for the healthcare organization so that they can make the strategies by involving all target activities and develop targeted strategies. This help the organization to increase loyalty among the customers it is because of understanding the behavior of itself and than that of the target audience. It also leads in reducing the time and cost of the healthcare organization because of focusing on the appropriate and suitable activities and structure (Korlén, Essén, Lindgren, Amer-Wahlin, & Schwarz, 2017).

The last aspect of the strategy is Ploy in which healthcare organization adopt the strategy of offering the goods and services which does not even think by the customers and competitors (Calk & Patrick, 2017). Through, this organization gains the competitive advantage due to focusing on the needs and demands of the customers as well as expands their operations in the international environment (Vilnai-Yavetz & Levina, 2019). These five P’s of strategy support the healthcare organization to earn profitability and increase the capability of the organization to show more productivity in the long run. Further, managerial task which is used to guide and support organizational strategy are discussed.

The planning is one of the tasks performed by the managers because of defining and connecting the activities and procedure as well as to make planning for the future so that objective of the organization and individual will be accomplished in efficient manner (Coetzer, Wallo, & Kock, 2019). It support in developing strategy because it describe the schedule, approaches which involve in the strategy. The next is the coaching tasks in this manager provide guidance to the organization regarding developing the strategies and to use different intellectual and communication skills to make strategy successful (Mash & Adler, 2018). In this manager give the right direction and procedure to their team members so that coordination will be maintained and organizational will be developed by adopting the efficient capabilities and abilities of each member of the organization.

The manager also plays the role of change agent in which it adopts several roles and policies to manage the change in the organization. In this managers also use framework and structure to motivating the employees in adopting the change (Engle, Lopez, Gormley, Chan, Charns, & Lukas, 2017). This also support in developing strategy because this can facilitate the whole procedure of the healthcare organization. Forecasting the future is also the major task which is performed by the managers because through this it can understand the internal and external dynamic environment and define the clear vision so that strategy will be develop accordingly and help the organization to increase competitive ability (Chiu, Balkundi, & Weinberg, 2017).

Pattern

The other tasks include motivating the employees in this manager motivate the employees to show efficiency by providing various rewards and recognition (Mash & Adler, 2018). It is because through this healthcare organization in US adopt can develop the effective strategy which can gain competitive advantage and decrease the cost and expenditure of the organization. The managers also organize all the work and structure in which it play all the activities of making plans and encouraging the employees to use different ideas and opinions of performing all the activities and task so that all the work will be performed in the healthcare organization (Coetzer, Wallo, & Kock, 2019).

In the staffing task employees staff the right employees and workforce in implementing the strategy and policy of the healthcare companies of US (Chiu, Balkundi, & Weinberg, 2017). Therefore, in this competent team members of the organization are selected so that high business potential energy will be achieved in the enterprises. The last managerial task which managers perform is controlling it is because in this managers describe the mistakes and problems which is performed by the employees and develop policies to reduce the problems and decrease overlapping of the strategy in the organization. Therefore, these managerial tasks support the healthcare organization to accomplish the goals and reduce the deviation among the standard and actual strategy in the healthcare organization (Engle, Lopez, Gormley, Chan, Charns, & Lukas, 2017).

From the above, it is concluded that 5 P’s of strategy support in developing the efficient strategy in the organization and planning, controlling organizing etc are the tasks performed by the managers because of accomplishing the goals and objective of the healthcare organization and also support in maintaining better environment in the healthcare organization of US.
