You are weighing whether to implement an "Around the Clock" or "Business hours only" work schedule expectation and requirement for your employees.

Identify and explain in detail a minimum of two pros and two cons of each scheduling approach each for employees and for organizations, explaining the impact of both approaches on each group of stakeholders. B. After watching the video, How Women Can Overcome Bias At Work, please answer the following questions

1. What roles do power and politics play in the experiences of women in the workplace as explained by Professor Correll? How do power and politics factor into each of the strategies presented by Professor Correll to identify and overcome bias against women in work situations? For example, would power and political dynamics influence who is most likely to engage in these strategies and how these interventions would be perceived?
