Risk Analysis for Home Remodeling Project

Prepare a risk analysis of the potential risks involved in executing this project. Risk analysis is covered in chapter 7, and the web has examples of risk analysis documents available. The deliverable is a Word document discussing potential risks for this project. I am looking for a matrix of risks, likelihood, impact, timing and risk response.

Follow Figure 7.2 in page 216 ( attach as well) steps from 1 to 4. Project is a home remodeling Idea: Home remodeling project for residential home. Description: We are managing a project to remodel a roughly 2,000 sq ft residential home. The client is working with a designer to create design plans for each room.

The rooms included in the remodeling project are:

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, entry, entertainment room, laundry, and office (subject to change based on floor plan). The kitchen will require electrical and plumbing services. The floors, trims, cabinets, light fixtures, and window treatments will be replaced throughout the entire house, along with a fresh coat of paint in every room. New furniture and décor will be added for the finishing touch.
