The Acme Electric Company is a manufacturing company of essential electrical appliances those who recently worked for developing a new regulator to reduce the plant's power consumption. Despite the tough competition in the market, the owner of the aforesaid company tried to capture the market.
Despite having the best products, the company did not get hold in the market due to poor communication and task analysis in particular.
The company suffered from organizational communication issues where tasks should be accomplished related to specific roles and the production of differentiated products. Coordinating in a specific way and controlling the operations require proper organizational management. Acme Electric didn’t get the contracts, despite having the best product. Six months later, the company filed for bankruptcy.
My plan in my research is to Identify the communication error (poor task or audience analysis? Use of inappropriate language or style? Poor organization or formatting of information? Other?) Explain what costs/losses were incurred by this problem. Identify possible solutions or strategies that would have prevented the problem and what benefits would be derived from implementing solutions or preventing the problem.
