1. Business Knowledge & Impact Analysis: Leverages in depth knowledge of UWM business processes to collaborate with senior leadership on wide-scale changes, and begins to identify trends and forecast future state to mitigate risk.
2. Communication: Is highly engaged with business analyst in communicating quality risks and negotiating alternative solutions with stakeholders.
3. Software/Application Testing Strategy & Test Cases: Generates test cases and strategies for utilization across the enterprise with consideration for business impact. Collaborates with development team to implement various testing types and creates strategies for new technological trends.
4. Software/Application Functional Testing: Utilizes quality, automation, and application knowledge to implement complex automation frameworks for functional testing. Mentoring other quality analysts on automation strategies and implementation.
5. Software/Application Nonfunctional Testing (Performance & Security): Proactively creates performance testing strategies and collaborates with development and business teams to establish application service level agreements. Proactively identifies security vulnerabilities to promote security testing.
6. Defect Management: Proactive identifies potential defects and implements plans to mitigate defects. Analyzes defect trends to support systemic process or development standard changes.
7. Work Breakdown & Developed Software Release Planning: Leads the test strategies for feature development to account for risk throughout the slicing of work. Leads the development team in accounting for quality coverage to support automated deployments.
8. Software Testing Tools: Proactively leverages knowledge of programming languages to troubleshoot issues. Advises the team on behavioral driven development techniques.
