Your organization has decided build to build a cell phone tower.  You have decided to start the cell tower project.

1.Write a preliminary scope statement to include the reasonable parameters for the cell tower (location requirements, height, construction material, etc.). 

2.The purpose and desired outcomes for the tower should be discussed. 

3.Determine the potential stakeholders (FCC, AT&T, customers, land owner, etc.).

4.Estimate the material requirements for the cell tower.

5.Create a WBS for the cell tower to at least level 3.

6.Using the work packages from your WBS, create a network diagram for your cell tower.  Include the associated logistics. 

7.Estimate all the resources for each of the activities on your network diagram

8.Create a schedule estimating the total time to complete your plan, all logistics, the cell tower and any required cleanup.

9.Create a budget for the cell tower based on your network diagram

10.Create a risk register for the cell tower which includes determination of the risk trigger and suitable risk response for each risk. 

11.Based on the risk register you have created, update your scope, schedule and cost baselines to include risk contingencies.
