Social Cohesion Division

The administrative framework of the Southwestern Border comprises of a branch of Social Welfare Bureau which runs a number of departments such as : the administrative convention and the directors. Members of administrative convention comprise of : the directors , the deputy directors ,department managements and finance, head of R&D and lastly financial service bureau representatives that are further made up of the following departments.

Under this division, there are other sub-divisions such as the office of children and youth services, the office of the aged issues , the office of rehabilitation and lastly the licensing offices.

Under this office , there are the following division : rehabilitation and social treatments for drug dependency, The Division of Family and public services , the office of R&D as well as the department of finance and administration (Salazar, & Donnelly, 2009).

The drastic increase in incoordination of law enforcement has resulted to increased levels of crime such as illegal immigration , Terrorism , drug trafficking among others . As a result of such issues , resources are not being used in a proper manner and there is increased cases of money laundering across the region around the region (Gates, 2012).

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) id  a federal agency  tasked with  communication interoperability. The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) is  also a  federal and state  agency  tasked with executive level anti-drug  efforts  and ensuring . Border Enforcement Security Taskforces (BEST) is  a local SWB agency created back in 2006  as a framework that would incorporate federal , state , local and  tribal agencies  to properly investigate  cross border criminal activities.

Some of the responsibilities conducted by the Homeland security at SWB consist of: making sure that the security agencies are in place twofold where the population of US immigration personnel and the enforcement task forces incorporate the two federal states .

The number of intelligence personnel requires to be increased three times at the boundary in order to offer a much better competence to develop better intelligence frameworks. Furthermore , the workers are already in place with the current cost of approximately $3.5 million. There are also considerations to incorporate iterative decisions making procedures, as a proper guide for nurturing and making up of operations on the SWB border. Such activities would be flexible in response to the drastic and efficient  means of dealing with important information (McDonald, 2012) .
