People in the community are facing the issues due to chronic diseases which has made them to realize the fact that the issues must be acknowledged first. As identified by Shlisky, et. al. (2017), majority of people working in organizations face the issues due to stress and unhealthy lifestyle. As opined by Tetrick and Winslow (2015), this is the reason why organizations are taking measures to keep their employees fit and active to accomplish their work with the work premises and after work.

Opening of Onsite Fitness Center within the organization
The fitness center can be used for mass transit employees including their families at comparatively affordable fee
A trainer will be appointed to help the employees do the right exercise
The Onsite Fitness Center will encourage employees to remain fit and active even after a tiring day at work.
Personal training sessions can be provided to employees as per their needs and preference
To boost the motivation of employees, the organization can conduct fitness activities, programs and competitions based on the use of fitness center The output of opening a fitness center within the organization premises will be increase their chances of staying fit and healthy at work and after work.
