You joined TYU as a health, safety and environmental (HSE) officer and have been in office for a month. Your responsibilities are to assist the HSE manager to manage the company’s safety management system and address all health, safety and environmental aspects of the company.

Question 4 
Describe the safety performance monitor plan you have established for TYU. The plan needs to include its purpose and objective. Based on the case study, there should be at least THREE (3) hazard parameters to sample and monitor. Define and describe the legal requirements that necessitate them to be monitored and sampled. Finally, for each hazard parameter, illustrate how safety performance will be collected.
