Create a 3-5 minute explainer video comparing traditional and online learning models. You must use an application such as Powtoon, Biteable, or similar free video software to create your video. Address the following in your video: Provide two similarities and two differences between traditional and online learning models. Provide two advantages and two disadvantages of each model, including relationship to your content area. Describe how adult learning theories apply to each model. Discuss how to effectively present instruction in both models to produce similar learner outcomes. Provide two examples. Support your video with 2-3 scholarly resources. Submit the video link and scholarly resources to the LMS in a Word document. Ensure that others can access and view the link to your video prior to submitting to the LMS.
