2. It is not literature review, it is a research proposal please come with novel ideas, Work should be unique and no plagiarism

Do not write intro abstract anything do not write 

write only below and it should be direct to point I mean to say technical writing to the point

1. Related background and Problem statements (in the light of a thorough literature review)

2. Research questions, hypothesis with respect to research aim/objective/problem statement

3. Proposed methodology: (as appropriate)
