At this point, you have organized your HR project team and you are familiar with the importance of leading and managing the project and team. It is now time to plan your project, which happens to be a large and critical part of project management. Project planning tends to be collaborative and integrative in that many factors, such as scope, resourcing, budgeting, and risk, need to be considered.
1.Define and discuss scope and scheduling as they each relate to project management, and provide a statement of importance to your project team so they know the relevance of each task.
2.Select four behavioral skills, associated with project resourcing, that you consider to be critical and explain your rationale.
a. Review the behavioral skills associated with project resourcing listed in the textbook in Section 9.1.
3.Explain to the management team and your project team how you have determined the budget associated with project costs.
a. Include how costs are aggregated.
b. Explain how you determined cash flow for separate activities.
c. Be specific with your responses.
4. Discuss at least three ways the project manager is able to identify possible project risks.
5. Create a budget for the project using the WBS file created in the Week 4 Formative Activity, Schedule and Budgeting Exercise for Project Scenario.

6.Use three sources to support your writing.
You are now ready to deliver a final presentation to management establishing a project team and project phases needed to initiate the changes for a more centralized model of delivering HR services. Once the management team receives the report and is thoroughly briefed on the direction the project will take, you and your project team will begin work on the project.
The management team report will be a consolidation of the previous assignment papers you have written in this course plus an executive summary and final conclusion (offering importance of topics and recommendations for next steps). You may make up a fictitious company name (do not use a real company) and create your own HR project team name.

b. Create a project charter and emphasize the importance of the information in the charter to the project.
c. Discuss a minimum of four outcomes that could occur during this project.
d. Identify and discuss the challenges a project manager may face when leading virtual or global project teams. Recommend a few strategies to deal with the challenges.
e. Outline the overall plan for communication management during the project.
f. Explain how the budget was determined.
g. nsert the WBS and budget file, created in Week 4, into the presentation and summarize the meaning of the findings.

4.Create the reference page or pages by copying and pasting all references from the previous four assignments and any new references as a result of this report. Remember, the reference slide should be separate from the other content.
